Chargebacks & Refunds
If you believe your credit card has been charged in error, please let us know before issuing a chargeback with your bank/credit card company by emailing us at support [at] webtricity [dot] com.
Chargebacks issued due to a misunderstanding / miscommunication between cardholders about valid & legitimate charges can result in unintended website downtime. Chargebacks are expensive for businesses to deal with - both financially and operationally, so we are always happy to provide clarity regarding the charge & issue a quick refund instead of handling a chargeback. If it's truly an error, we will refund your money immediately.

Webtricity only uses Stripe to process credit card payments.
Statement Charge Details
Each bank and credit card company has different information that is included for each charge on a statement. Vendors don't always have 100% control of what or how the information is displayed.
The info below is intended to help you determine that the charge you have for Webtricity is valid.

Your credit card statement or bank may show the name on the charge as "Webtricity" or "Webtricity, LLC"

Webtricity will only charge a card that is stored on your account. You can update the card you have on file here.
Payment Amounts
The amount charged may vary in a given month if you have added or removed services that are eligible to be pro-rated.
To review your all of your Webtricity account billing information (including the credit card being used for Webtricity payments, past charges and receipts, and plan/pricing information):
- Sign in to your Webtricity account at https://dashboard.webtricity.com/sign-in
- Click on Account in the top right corner
- Click on your name
Downgrading or Cancelling
To cancel an add-on service or to close your Webtricity account completely:
- Sign in to your Webtricity account at https://dashboard.webtricity.com/sign-in
- Click on Account in the top right corner
- Click on your name
- Click on the Manage link on the top right of the Billing panel.
- Click on the View Recurring Charges link at the bottom of the Websites You Pay For panel.
- Locate the service(s) you wish to discontinue and click the cancel link under the amount.
To cancel your Webtricity website completely, be sure to complete step 6 for all services listed.
Cancellations cannot be processed by emailing us unless you include your support code in your email. To find your support code:
- Sign in to your Webtricity account at https://dashboard.webtricity.com/sign-in
- Click on Account in the top right corner
- Click on your name
- Scroll down to find the Support Code panel in the bottom right of the screen.
- Click View Code
