Enhanced Forms

from $10/mo

With our Enhanced Forms upgrade, you'll have the ability to customize the built-in forms, build your own forms, get lead tracking info, set up autoresponder emails, and more.

Here's an overview of what you'll get with this upgrade:

  • Web Form Builder

Webtricity websites come with a few built-in web forms, including a contact message form, a quote request form, and a service request form. With access to the form builder, you'll be able to customize all of the built-in forms, and you'll be able to build your own forms from scratch.

Whether you want to add a birth date field to the built-in quote form, create a quote form for a specialty product, or even make a signup form for your next charity golf tournament, the form builder has what you'll need.

See our Form Builder page for more

  • Web Form Autoresponder

Delight customers and leads with our Autoresponder — we'll automatically email people when they submit a form on your website. Put your contact info and branding in their inbox, and tell them when they'll hear back from you.

You can even set up multiple autoresponders based on form type and/or whether your agency is open at the time the request comes in.1

  • Product Quote Forms & Pages

In addition to the built-in, general quote request form (which is not product-specific), we also have pre-made quote request forms covering many insurance products, including auto, homeowner, condo, renters, boat, motorcycle, RV, business, umbrella, and more.

Additionally, whether you use our pre-made quote forms or build your own, the Webtricity Dashboard will automatically create a new web page for each product quote form you add to your website. If you have an auto insurance page at youragency.com/auto-insurance, you'll also get an auto insurance quote page at youragency.com/auto-insurance/quote.

  • File Uploads

Adding the ability for people to upload files on your website can help streamline the quoting process by allowing them to easily send you the declarations page from an existing policy. It also helps keep documents secure, since people don't have to send you that kind of information via email.

In addition to documents, you can also choose to allow people to upload images, which can be useful if you want to let people submit claims on your website and include photos of the damage they're reporting. You can even let them upload short video clips if you want.

  • Lead Tracking Info

Whenever someone submits a form on your website, you'll have access to all of the following information:2

    • Referring website — how the visitor got to your website
    • Landing page — the web page where the visitor first arrived
    • Lead source — the traffic campaign used in inbound links
    • Geographic location — city, state, and country
    • Device information — browser, operating system, and language
  • PDF Exports

When a customer or lead fills out and submits a form on your website, you can export the form submission to a PDF file.

PDF files are a great way to store a record of the form submission long-term, such as by uploading it to your agency management system or CRM system.

This upgrade greatly increases the level of customization you can achieve with your Webtricity website. You can use our built-in quote forms and/or build your own, set up an autoresponder to email customers and leads when they submit a form, and see where your leads are coming from. Give it a try today, and let us know if there are any other features you'd like to see built in to Webtricity.

  • 1 The base upgrade includes one autoresponder, but you can upgrade further for more.
  • 2 We attempt to collect the information listed above, but some of it may not be available in all cases.
