Web Form Autoresponder
If you want to delight your customers and leads, and set yourself apart from your competition when people are requesting quotes from multiple agencies, then the Webtricity Autoresponder is for you.
Autoresponder automatically emails people when they submit a form on your website. Put your contact info and branding in their inbox, and tell them when they'll hear back from you.
Autoresponder is included as part of the Enhanced Forms upgrade.
Autoresponder emails can say whatever you want, like “Message received. We'll get back to you ASAP” or "We're closed for the holiday but will get back to you on Monday."
To carry your branding from your website and into your Autoresponder emails, you can add your agency logo, as shown in the sample email on this page.
For maximum authenticity, autoresponder emails can come from your own agency email address like firstname.lastname@example.org or from a general address like email@example.com. If you don't have email addresses at your domain, we have a special address your website can send from.
And, of course, you can change the font, font size, and text color of the email text.
You can even set up multiple autoresponders for different form types, or have one email that gets sent during your business hours ("We usually respond same-day") and another that gets sent when you're closed ("We'll get back to you first thing when we're back in the office").
We have autoresponder email templates you can choose from, or you can start from scratch and write your own. Either way, you can modify your Autoresponder emails at any time.
