Can I change my plan later?

**Yes.** You can always upgrade or downgrade plans as your needs change.

How does the first month trial work?

You'll be able to use **all of the features in your plan** for 30 days, including **launching your website**.

At the end of your first month, your card will be charged the monthly rate for your selected plan.

If you cancel prior to the end of your first month, your card will not be charged.

Are there discounts for annual payments?

**Yes.** Pay annually and get a full month free of whatever plan you select. Annual payments can only be refunded within 14 days of the payment date.

What if I want to cancel?

We'll be sad. Cancelling is easy though - just **click the cancel button** in your Webtricity account and you won't be charged again.

If you change your mind and want to come back, we'll be happy - just send us an email and we'll reactivate your account.

Do you offer group discounts?

**Yes.** If your network, association, trade group or other organization would like to partner with Webtricity for your members, [let us know](/networks). We'll put together a customized program to best suit your members' needs.

Can I add Design + Build later?

**Yes.** Webtricity is easy to use, but we know not everyone likes to build websites (like we do) or has the time.

If you want to try to build it yourself first, you can always bail on it and add our **[Design + Build](/design-build-service)** service later.

Can I ugprade my plan after building my website?

**Yes.** You can upgrade your plan whenever you've outgrown your current plan and are ready for new features and more room to grow.
