## Advanced Customization

### Your branding, not ours

To carry your branding from your website and into your Autoresponder emails, you can add your logo and branding.

Autoresponder emails are white-label, meaning we don't include any Webtricity branding or links.

### Send-from email addresses

For maximum authenticity, autoresponder emails can be sent from your own email address like yourname [at] yourdomain [dot] com or from a general address like hello [at] yourdomain [dot] com.

If you don't have email addresses at your domain (and use an email address from your ISP, Gmail, Outlook, etc), we have a reserved email address that can be used for your autoresponders.

### Layout and style

You can change the font, text size colors and more so that your email appears authentic and professional, and match the personal emails you send every day.

## Dynamic Configuration

Webtricity users are not limited to just one autoresponder. Different emails can be used for specific purposes.

### Form or Visitor Type

Autoresponders can be configured for different types of forms.

You might need to send one autoresponder email for visitors who complete a sales form (leads) and a different one for visitors who complete a service request form (customers).

If you offer perks for visitors who provide their email address (such as a coupon code or a link to subscriber-only content), you can set up an autoresponder that only sends when a visitor completes that form.

### Timing, Events or Closures

Webtricity users can setup an autoresponder to be sent during office hours and a different one that is sent only when the office is closed (i.e. evenings and weekends).

Autoresponder content can also be updated on-demand for office closures, either scheduled closures like a holiday, or emergency closures due to severe weather or a power outage.
